Use bold, simple shapes with no tiny details or thin lines. Don’t overlap or stack shapes. Stick to solid colors without gradients or effects. Make sure everything is big and clear. Use thick, easy-to-read fonts and avoid cursive. Try to limit your design to 3 to 6 colors. Leave space between shapes and letters. Avoid transparent or faded parts. Download your design as a PNG with a transparent background. Skip shadows, textures, and fancy effects. If buying pre-made designs, use .DST files and check sizing carefully.

Turnaround begins once all garments are received.

Embroidery pricing includes:
Garment cost (in-house or outsourced)
Stitch count: $1.50 per 1,000 stitches

Deposit: One-time digitizing fee: Based on design size and color complexity (required)

Add-ons (optional):
3D embroidery, specialty threads (metallic, gradient), or rush jobs: $10–$25 each
Rush turnaround adds 25% to your digitizing deposit

Digitizing converts your design into a machine-readable embroidery file. This step is required before stitching begins and is quoted separately. We handle all digitizing in-house for efficiency and machine compatibility.

Embroidery Deposit Estimates

Deposits depends on design size, number of colors, and turnaround speed. Small designs start at $15, larger ones up to $106.25.

Your nonrefundable deposit covers digitizing based on design size, color complexity, and rush needs.

Hat size (>3x3"): $15–$43.75

Chest logo (4x4–6x6"): $25–$68.75

Full front/back (7x7"+): $55–$106.25

Add 25% for rush turnaround. Higher color counts increase the estimate.

Final embroidery fees are added on top of the digitizing deposit. The stitch count depends on design size and detail.

For a 2x3 inch hat size, stitch count ranges from 4,000–8,000+ depending on colors, with fees from $6 to $12.

A 4x4 inch chest logo has 6,000–15,000+ stitches and fees from $9 to $22.50.

A 5x7 inch back or shoulder design ranges 12,000–25,000+ stitches with fees between $18 and $37.50.

A 6x10 inch large logo has 18,000–35,000+ stitches and costs $27 to $52.50.

For an 8x8 inch middle or chest design, expect 20,000–40,000+ stitches and fees from $30 to $60.

A full 10x12 inch back or front design ranges 35,000–70,000+ stitches, with fees between $52.50 and $105.

Fees increase with more colors and higher stitch counts.
