1. Overview:

By using our services or purchasing from Apparel Allstars Association (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Services Offered:

We provide custom apparel production including embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, and bulk order fulfillment. Design proofs, sample approval, and production timelines vary by project.

3. Custom Orders:

  • All custom orders require written approval of design mockups before production begins.
  • Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • Design files must be submitted in accepted formats (AI, PSD, PNG, or PDF).
  • We reserve the right to reject any design that violates copyright, trademark, or community standards.

4. Pricing & Payment:

  • Pricing is based on garment type, order quantity, design complexity, and services requested.
  • A 50–100% deposit is required to begin production. Full payment is required before pickup or shipment.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice unless a quote has been formally issued.

5. Turnaround Time & Shipping:

  • Standard production times range from 7–14 business days after design approval and payment.
  • Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers, weather, or supply chain issues.
  • Local pickup is available by appointment.

6. Returns & Refunds:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the error is on our end (e.g. incorrect size, design, or misprint).
  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 72 hours of receiving the order.
  • Approved refund or reprint requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to reproduce any submitted artwork.
  • Apparel Allstars Association retains the right to display custom products for promotional use unless otherwise requested.

8. User Conduct:

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with website functionality, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability:

 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

10. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
